<p>Sports make kinds of advantages.There is no point to spend a school time without doing sports activities.Usually the children who don&#8217;t attend to the sports are seem to be very passive.They are not active and very lethargic.However doing an at least one sport makes lots of benefits.To Illustrate sporty children are healthy and strong.In additionally the qualities that they have lead to good status.Specially for the girls can train well to encounter the problems which are possible to happened in the future.</p>
<p>On the other hand sport is such a good treatment for balanced life.At the end of the any sports,they make a wide experience.Whether win or lose it helps to bare up the tension and emotions.In additionally sports related things are help to ease the the pressure.Girls can get rid of the shyness and stage fear.Specially some games in indoors increase the memory and sharp the concerning on studies.In additionally reduce the illness and enhance the appetite furthermore.</p>
<p>If we want a society with responsible person who can make better decisions and contribute to economic developments.   School will have to invest in sports infrastructures and motivate all the students to participate in one physical activity or another.This will make our society stronger and sustainable.</p>

The World Health Organisation&#8217;s data depicts ,approximate to 800,000 people die due to suicide every year.Studies on their early lives make evidence about they are very passive with sports related things.Sometimes you might be surprised the people who are healthy that we consider have very good experiences of sports in long time.Specially it includes above 50 year old ages.</p>

<p>Sports medicine focuses on helping people include their athletics performance, recover from injuries, and prevent further injuries. Common sports injuries are concussion, mussels’ cramps, Acl sprains, Acl tears, Ankle sprains, Shin splints and mussels sprains like that sports medicine is the fast growing heath care field, because health workers who specialist in sports medicine help any regular people as well athletics.</p>
<p>The field of sports medicine encompasses much different health careers, including is in are Athletics trainers, Doctors of Osteopathy, Exercisers Cytologist, Kinesiotherapist, Medical Doctor, Nursing, Nutrition – dietetics and Physical therapy.</p>
<p>A well as exercisers medicine is one the main topic in sports medicine. The concept of exercisers as health tool of is becoming increasingly medical patients, co-morbidities perform exercise testing and provide an exercise prescriptions, together with a motivational programmes and exercise classes.</p>
<p>The only medical institution which preserves both physical and mental fitness of athletics in Sri Lanka is the institute sports medicine. One of it main duty is to prevent the athletics from injuries. It’s an institution dedicators their activities in School level, National level and also International level of sports.</p>
