				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The annual inter house sport meet of Embilipitiya Nindagampelassa School was held on last week at their school ground. Educational supervising member of the provincial council Mr.Varuna Liyanage and Embilipitiya Zonal educational director Mr. Palitha Chandralal participated to this ceremony as chief guests.<br />
The colorful ceremony organized and instruct by principle Mr. Amaradasa Senadeera ,teachers and sport society.<br />
Students of the school were compete in order to Soora,Veera and Deera houses.Soora house became  the first place and Deera and Veera are second and third places which won.<br />
The best player of the year was boy Kasun Viraj and girl was Shashikala Sewwandi.In this ceremony  member of the provincial council donated a computer worth about 84000rs for the well being of students’ studies.</p>

Involving disaffected young people in the sport they love can help them develop confidence to go back into education or aspectual future. As well as it makes a good impact in the areas of education, health, social cohesion and gender equality. Sport plays a significance part in many people’s lives. So what can sport do to improve the life and chance of young people in the world?<br />
Many programmers ‘involving sport, across communities and countries, can change the way that young people in those societies see themselves. As well as sport plays a primarily positive role in youth development. It is including improved academic achievement, fewer behavioral problems and better psychosocial. The Competence, Confidence, Connections, Character and caring which are focusing on young people as effects. It helps to many ways, the discipline of training, learning teamwork, following the leadership of coaches and captains, learning to lose provide lifelong skills for athletes.<br />
Sport provides opportunities for young people. It seems a relationship with adults. It is especially important when such benefits are not available at home. Thus, it is a missed opportunities for young people. Who are ‘’gated’’ or not included in sport-during early stages of childhood because they are less well behaved than others. Just because the young power which is depend on sports, and It makes good health, leadership and powerful young generation.<br />

Regular exercise changes the brain to improve our memory and, thinking skills. Exercise improves goal-directed activities. Such as selecting, planning and coordinating actions. If not they also help us to ignoring distracted and managing several pieces of information at once. The cognitive control of the exercise method is supported by the frontal parts of the brain. As well as it seems very good memory function. According to research, the school girls and boys with high level of studies do better in subjects such as English, Science and Math’s than those less activity. A healthy set of heart and lungs appear to have more influence on grades. Sport and physical activities help to increase our academic performance and thinking power, also physical activity goes in hand with better brain structure, with a larger volume of some areas. Such beneficial effects of exercise on the brain could be related to the change in the levels of the substances that stimulate the growth of brain cells.</p>
