St.Benedict’s College Colombo gained a 13 run win over Maliyadeva College Kurunegala in their inter-schools under 15 ‘A’ division encounter played at Kurunegala recently.

Batting first St.Benedict’s scored 165 runs with Maheesh Theekashana being the top scorer with a half century (53).

Maliyadeva in reply, were all out for 152 runs. Muditha Premadasa cracked an unbeaten knock of 83 while Supun Sumanaratne scored 44 runs. Buddhima Wijesundera took three wickets.
