Mahamaya-athletic champions

Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy emerged champions at the Provincial Athletic Meet collecting 348 points. This meet was held recently at the Bogambara Stadium, Kandy under the patronage of Sarath Ekanayake, the Chief Minister of Central Province. The Director of Education, Kandy E P T K Ekanayake and the Provincial Director W M Wijeratne were present on the occasion.
