Sri Lanka bounce back to beat Scotland

Left-arm chinaman Lakshan Sandakan ripped through the Scotland middle order with a fine spell of bowling taking 4 for 39 in 10 overs to rattle the hosts for 166 before Upul Tharanga and Kusal Mendis smashed superb half centuries (53 not out) and (74 not out) respectively to help Sri Lanka comfortably home in 23 overs.
Sri Lanka rested captain Angelo Mathews, opening batsman Kusal Perera and seamer Suranga Lakmal for Nuwan Kulasekara, Seekkuge Prasanna and Niroshan Dickwella for this game.
The Scotland players wore black armbands as a mark of respect for those killed in the Manchester bomb attack.
