Physical exercise is not to only important for your body’s health. It also helps your brain stay sharp, and make power. Regular exercise changes the brain to improve our memory and, thinking skills. Exercise improves goal-directed activities. Such as selecting, planning and coordinating actions. If not they also help us to ignoring distracted and managing several pieces of information at once. The cognitive control of the exercise method is supported by the frontal parts of the brain. As well as it seems very good memory function. According to research, the school girls and boys with high level of studies do better in subjects such as English, Science and Math’s than those less activity. A healthy set of heart and lungs appear to have more influence on grades. Sport and physical activities help to increase our academic performance and thinking power, also physical activity goes in hand with better brain structure, with a larger volume of some areas. Such beneficial effects of exercise on the brain could be related to the change in the levels of the substances that stimulate the growth of brain cells.
