Mahamaya win Girls under 15 and 19 table tennis titles

Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy won the Girls Under 15 and Under 19 Table Tennis titles while Vidyartha College, Kandy also won both titles (Boys) at the Jagath Rajapakshe Indoor Standium, Kandy held on the 27th of May, 2015. This tournament was organized by the Dept. of Education, Kandy. Hillwood College, Kandy were the Girls under 15 Runners-up while boys under 15 Runners-up title was won by Kingswood College, Kandy. Girls High School, Kandy became Runners-up in the Girls Under 19 while Dharmaraja College, Kandy became boys Runners-up in the Under 19 age category.

Under – 15 Girls: Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy (Champs), Hillwood College, Kandy (Runners-up), Girls High Schools, Kandy (3rd)

Under 15 Boys: Vidyartha College, Kandy (Champs), Kingswood College (Runners-up), Trinity College, Kandy (3rd)

Under 19 Girls: Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy, (Champs), Girls High School, Kandy, (Runners-up), Hillwood College, Kandy (3rd)

Under 19 Boys: Vidyaratha College, Kandy, (Champs), Dharmaraja College, Kandy, (Runners-up), Trinity College, Kandy (3rd)

All these schools have qualified to compete in the All-Island Tournament to be held in Colombo later this year.
